We were blown away by the service at the hotel. There was a staff issue during our stay but they rectified it right away. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Thank you again to Mr. Deichmann for your remarkable service! The hotel itself is new, clean, modern and beautiful. It is located in a great location. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Our daughters loved this hotel and had the BEST time! Thank you so much for taking care of us. We will definitely be back.

For the price this hotell is excellent. Big rooms that they clean very well. Nice lobby with a lobby bar with great cocktails. Breakfast is better then I expected, omelett made to order and descent with other stuff to choose from. Great gym with dumbbells up to 37,5kg. Location is great. Some smaller things that could have been better. - Windows lets through a lot of sound from the outside. - No sausage at breakfast

The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Lovely foyer. We were offered warm and delicious cookies and a glass of champagne on arrival. The room was spacious and functional to our requirements and the bathroom was well laid out, clean and roomy enough not to feel cramped. A bonus was that there was adequate space to set out cosmetics and toiletries, something which is sadly lacking in so many other hotels. Good air con and Nespresso machine. We ate in the restaurant, helpful friendly staff and excellent service and their bread is delicious! A special mention to Jessica who went out of her way to help us on an occasion and made us feel valued guests. The hotel very much wants you to feel happy during your stay. Many thanks and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

We ate both brunch and dinner here in August 2023 just after they opened, trying out the new hotel’s restaurant facilities. To be clear, we did not stay here, we live nearby. Goal was to see what the experience was and whether it was worth the price, as we are always looking to expand our local dining options. In our opinion: The hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. But in the end, the overall experience did not justify the high price of the meals. Brunch was terribly overpriced. So too dinner. You can see others reviewing this hotel making similar comments about the high cost of the restaurant, so we're not alone, and they're correct. We will not be eating here again until we sell some stock options.
