Older hotel and a little bit run down but 100% adequate, no dramas, everything worked. Check in/out was fine. The location near Charlottenburg Station and Wilmersdorfer Street was convenient for both shopping/food and getting into the centre of town. Very good value for money and would stay here again.

The only reason I’m giving a one star is the staff and the staff only. The staff were really unfriendly, we were in Berlin for 4 days and none of the receptionists bothered to say a simple hello. I’ve been to Berlin before and I can assure you Berliners are very friendly and welcoming. On the first day the lady at the reception was super mean. I called her 4 times to understand how to get to the place. She didn’t speak English or any other languages she said only German. So I asked my German friend to call her and ask her about the exact location and it turned out she doesn’t speak German either I am no expert but aren’t the receptionists speak one or two foreign languages? other staff members simply weren’t better either. The room was ok the towels and bathroom not so much.

Clean, comfortable, rooms were completely newly-renovated with kitchens. Directly U- & S-Bahn and restaurant acceasible (all within the block). Reasonable long-term parking 1 block away. Very reasonable price. We were very pleased with our experience here.

For the price and quality I would say it rivals a high 3* hotel bordering a 4*. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are definitely good enough to sleep in. It's no 5* experience but for what you pay for you get a nice bed at a real good location, s-bahn right outside and u-bahn around the corner. Paid 770€ for 4 people for a week and I am far from disappointed! Go here for a cheaper visit in Berlin and a decent included breakfast!
