Amazing hotel! Really couldn’t understand the negative reviews after checking in, then once there I understood.. clearly people wanting to live a champagne lifestyle with lemonade money :) The 2 pools and 2 beaches are absolutely fantastic. Food is as expected in an all inclusive hotel, you can always get meat, fish and lots of fresh vegetables and salad! The reception and animation staff are a real asset to the hotel! The bar staff are hit and miss, some are amazing and some are quite rude :) Gym is quite basic but I got a good workout each time, the spa is also a nice touch. Had a fantastic room with sea view, cleaned every day! Very clean. The only negative I encountered in truth was the guests, typical all inclusive mentality from some :) 5 stars!

Hello, we stayed with my wife and 2-year-old child between 4-8 September. First of all, from the day we entered until the day we left, the staff was polite and tried to do their job well. We stayed in the relax room, the room size was sufficient. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed. The food was so good that we could easily feed it to our little child. The sea was clean, but the sun loungers were filling up quickly because of people coming early and throwing towels. Unfortunately the drinks were not good. Also, the evening events were enjoyable. Intelegent.

The hotel is more like 3 star, that’s why I’m leaving 3 star review. I stayed with friends for 7 days and for these days the food was the same - no seafood appetizers, no meat on grill (only two days we had only chicken), the desserts from the restaurant were the same everyday (and were not fresh!). Most of the meal were not tasty! The drinks were okay. No animators, only 1 night we had loud music at the “disco”. The pools were not corresponding to their written deep size (it said 1.40 m or 1.60 m, but they were 1.60m or 1.80m). Housekeeping was okay. They cleaned the room everyday, but they forgot to give us new packages with ear sticks, shower cap and etc. and we had to search for them and ask about them.

Inside, not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination but a good 3-star. The food was pretty good - quite similar most days but something you can find to eat that didn't give you a dodgy stomach... (be aware - food is available in the Downstairs, rooftop dining area but is advertised to serve food until 9pm. By 8.45pm you will have no chance of getting food as the restaurant and Kitchen staff are desperate to be out of their shifts and everything is cleared as quickly as possible). There was a very bad smell all around the hotel the furniture was very old the towels and bed sheets was very dirty. The staff at the hotel are not friendly and most of them do not speak English. Car parking is very busy and they take very long time to get your car. The staff in the bar always ask for tips. The room service is very slow. At the beach, people put towels on chairs at night to reserve chairs for the morning. The hotel needs maintenance as soon as possible. The WIFI was very slow. The price per night in the hotel is very high. They will never doing a arlley check in or late check out. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and in the evening there is a lot of noise from the street. overall all was a very unpleasant stay never will recommend it to anyone.

Too many "it's great, but..." lowers the grade. For instance, there is soup served from midnight which is great. But when we got there quarter past they were out of bread and one kind of soup. The other kind was lukewarm. The rain head in the shower pushed through a lot of water, which is great. But the drain couldn't handle it, so water got out of the shower and rotted the doorpost from below. The rooftop restaurant has good views and is really comfortable in the summer evenings. But the serving time is only two hours and there are too few workers so dinners are chaotic.
