We came hesitant reading some reviews but was surprised with service and hospitality of the hotel team and staff. We made an amazing and memorable holiday at this hotel and nothing was a trouble when we had a request. Special thanks to Guest Relations management and team and Restaurant staff for always providing their best. We recommend this hotel to families and couples. Views are to die for and priceless and you feel safe and secure, well fed and watered at all times. We will visit again.

Overall a nice hotel and great location with some stunning views. The rooms do need to be updated and modernised. We had an issue with our room but straight away the staff were able to change this for us- very helpful. The signs could be updated to easily show which restaurant is where. However, very little negative as overall has been a lovely holiday so far. Several restaurants to choose from and pool is great. Bar service has been quick when by the pool - no complaints! Lots of entertainment and music playing by the pool which I find enjoyable - others may not if not wanting to listen to music but there are also places to relax by the beach section of the resort and a relax pool. Plenty of choices!

Excellent hotel. Lots of staff, very friendly. ‘Animation Team’ kept us entertained daily by the pool, the shows in the evening were excellent especially the Mongolian Circus. The food was plentiful and very high quality, lots of snacks and small plates available by the pool as well. Highly recommend. Only thing, the rooms are not sound proofed at all it seemed. Apart from that, the bathrooms are great, water pressure strong, the air con is POWERFUL and balcony spacious.

The hotel, it’s facilities and staff are incredible. Booked for a week and didn’t know what to expect with it being the end of September but was delighted with the place. The hotel is clean and tidy with plenty of places to eat and drink. The animation team are always around with smiles on their faces and have plenty of games to keep you entertained. Couldn’t fault my time here, would definitely return (Travelled as 3 adults)

An amazing experience! Food was good at the main buffet not excellent but good food as it’s a buffet. We didn’t have a chance too book a restaurant as it was always fully booked. 24/7 bar at the beach was good great service. We never had a problem. Brazilian night show was great we met a waiter called Mehmet who always remembered our order we didn’t need to say what we want. Sadly we haven’t seen him again so we left money for him with guest relations were hoping they get it to him. Overall experience 10/10 staff always happy to help and it’s clean. Rooms are good although the air conditioning was a bit loud. We do recommend it 😋. Beautiful views !
