We were in for a one night layover (after having spent 3 days here the prior week). I’m a “Hilton guy”, so we are typically staying at Hilton properties when we travel and am familiar with the quality expectations of the brand. The location was great - very walkable to shops and restaurants. The manager greeted up upon arrival, and every person here was super attentive, making sure everything was going well. Bed was comfy, room was clean and in excellent condition, location is safe, and shower has tons of water pressure. All the things I look for in a hotel and they nailed every one. Definitely would return if back in Istanbul.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is perfect, a couple minutes away from Marmaray and Tramway (Tramvay). The rooms are a bit old, it's needed to be renovated. The breakfast is full of many different dishes, intercontinental and local foods. But what I really liked was the service, it was by far one of the best, both the staff in the breakfast and the staff at the reception, were very kind, helpful and nice, many thanks to Sylia and Anastasia, they made my day with their smile on their faces 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent service and location. Rooms were new and very comfortable to stay in. We had the suite which was very convenient and spacious with kids. Hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to accommodate. No complaints just wish the breakfast had a bit more variation, however Anastasia and all the others made it a very comfortable visit.

My family and I moved from Mercure to this hotel which was a better experience. However, there are some things that need improvement. The beds were okay (bearable but not the comfiest), our room would smell like sewerage and we needed to constantly open the window, rooms were warm and the air con would not work, bathrooms were narrow and the water pressure was not of satisfaction. The customer service was the only big positive especially Anastasia who would greet us with a smile and always ask if we needed anything. She made our experience more pleasant :). The housekeeping staff were also very friendly! As a recommendation, there should be a bit more variety for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were watery and soggy and the pastries mainly consisted of hard buns and rolls. The apple juice was kept in the kitchen and my family and I had to keep asking for a refill as opposed to having it out on the counter to serve ourself. The breakfast i feel personally was a 5/10. The dinner in the terrace was very disappointing! I can’t think of any positives. We left dinner feeling sad and quite frustrated. I ordered a pasta and the chicken was so over cooked, it left my jaw sore. My sister ordered a burger and the bun was hard. Food was bland and not of good quality. Would not recommend going to the restaurant.
