Good rooms. Super friendly front desk staff. Especially Jhanet. She was super helpful. The cookies are decent but the nuts in them are weird. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I didn't like the TV service a lot though.

Beautiful hotel very well kept ! The hotel has been recently renovated so is spotless. Breakfast at the restaurant is $19 for hot breakfast buffet and a little less for continental buffet. They are both great and very well stocked. The service in the restaurant is impecable all the waitresses are wonderful. The staff at the hotel are all great , housekeeping made our room in the morning and change out towels, we stayed for two nights and when we came back in the evening after walking around the museum district was so nice to come back to a clean fresh room packed with everything we needed . The hotel is an absolute gem, job very well done .

Stayed here when I was in town for the National Championship game. I really liked the convenience to the airport but the rooms were DIRTY and needed servicing. Toilet bowl had a ring in the bowl, dusty shelves, sink hadn’t been cleaned, microwave didn’t work, refrigerator wasn’t plugged in…The place is dated which is fine but housekeeping clearly needs some help.

Great place to get stranded! haha. Sent here due to a missed flight, but they managed to keep us happy and actually enjoy the fact that we got to stay at their hotel. Robert at the front desk was especially helpful. Thanks for the fresh cookies! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. Same as the rest of the hotel, great property. The 747 bar and restaurant is so good, hidden gem!

I can't say enough good things about their customer service! Excellent! Calm! Friendly! Welcoming! I wish I could have gotten the name of the front desk receptionist because she was kind and wonderful. Everyone said hello or good morning to us. Even the driver of the airport shuttle was warm and friendly when he took us to the airport. I had just had an upsetting experience with another hotel when I booked this one. This hotel definitely turned a hard night into a better one. This staff was a breath of fresh air from the previous hotel staff. Thank you for the service. Keep it up! It's definitely noticed and appreciated!
