Hello everyone..I stayed in this Hotel last January 15-16. and I want to share with you my experienced.When I booked my reservation I saw that the pool is open and the SPA.When I checked-in they told me that the indoor pool is closed and the SPA as well. The breakfast fee is 1200 lira for one person.. as addiotional payment if you want to eat breakfast there or not.The car park/vale doesnt accept tip only.They really gonna charge you 250 lira for the car park. So its better find a cheaper car park around the hotel.No free coffee/tea in a lobby.I was expecting a good experience in this hotel since this is a five star hotel.I will not come back in this hotel anymore.

Not exactly a five star hotel. The staff tired being nice, it felt nice the little talk I had with the customer relations manager just before I left the hotel. If I ever come back again to this hotel I will try to negotiate a better room for a better price. At first I thought to give a lower score but then I said to myself… hey man….people are doing their job :) keep it up 👍 people at Double Tree by Hilton ❤️❤️❤️

- They never told us spa is close until after we checked in. - Gym was relocated to balcony above the restaurant enjoy your exercise w chicken soup smells. With 2 pieces equipment. - sewage system smells every where specially in elevator, we asked them what's a problem? They totally ignored and act like we are crazy. - charged someone else bar bill on us at the check out and she didn't wane refund it, whitout signature or anything to prove. - Room was so cold even w thermostat all the way to 28 C - So I'm 51 years old,, been in 18 diffrent country ,, this hotel is something I never ever forget,, so sad. Same company in Antalya 5 out of 5 so believe me I'm not unreasonable person. I did bagpacking in Asia, I been in 5 star Dubai and Miami, Vegas hotels, all over the Canada never spend this much time to express my anger and disappointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
