Rooms are very clean and tidy, the room service replaced everything properly and tidily. The AC was super well, it continued working even when we left the room and it got the room down to 19° when it was almost 30 outside. Staff are friendly and helpful and they welcomed us in a joyous manner. The hotel also has a spa that is free, but you have to pay for the massages, and the prices aren't disclosed openly. You can also have your clothes dry cleaned and pressed for a fee. The biggest letdown is the location of the hotel. The location isn't central, and the nearest bus stop is 10 minutes away, but the roads aren't easy for pedestrians.

We absolutely loved our stay the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything and everything. The whole hotel is very clean and modern, I especially loved the shower! This place is not far from the city at all, by a 10-15 min walk you’re in the heart of Kadikoy and if you’re not a walker, you can ask reception to get you a cab to the Kadikoy station which connects you all over the city. But I think the walk down through the shops is just so enjoyable!

Highway recommending Holiday Inn at Kadikoi, if you want to enjoy your stay and have a high quality service. Amazing management, room service and restaurant. Clean, fresh, new rooms which make your stay comfortable 100%. Staying at this hotel all the time, and always impressed be that care and love which you receive here) Big thanks for special care about your guests!

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of items catering to all needs dietary and other! Staff very professional, polite and helpful. The room, towels and bathroom were very clean. Free Wifi, water, kitkat chocolate bar, coffee and tea inside the room. Good amount of space for 2 people. There is a bus stop about 800 meters (5 minutes walk), which could take you to Kadikoy, and from there a ferry to the European side if you wish. Alternatively, an Uber will charge 70 Turkish Liras to Kadikoy. When we first arrived at the hotel, I thought we made a mistake in selecting it, but when we found the bus stop, it was easy to navigate around the Asian side of Istanbul.

The whole experience was quite satisfactory. Even though we arrived earlier than we were supposed to check-in, they saw how tired we were and immediately checked if there were any available rooms and gave us a room. The room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is not far from the center, but it is not the prettiest neighborhood. We walked to the center and didn’t have any problems. The breakfast looked expensive to us so we didn’t get one so I cannot comment on the taste. I had read some negative comments here but decided to give it a try as it is a chain hotel and I am glad that I did. The employees were super gentile and helpful. They deserve huge thanks. Another positive side was about the silence because noise disturbs me a lot while trying to sleep. Here I slept like a baby :)
