Arrived at hotel and checked in then allocated room 123 on arriving at room we discovered it was much too small to qualify for a twin beds to the extent one of the beds was protruding over the room door this limiting access and egress to room plus the oversized air conditioner was noisy even when switched off thus poor sleep , we shouldn't have accepted the room but we were tired after a long journey . Complained the next morning and to give the receptionist her due we were allocated a far superior room no further issues with accommodation. The only other point I had is when you order a drink at the bar your it's automatic that a gratuity is added I always thought it was the choice of the customer to tip if he received good service not the barman for performing the simple task of pouring a pint.

Checking in was good. I was allocated a small double room which was freezing when I entered as the aircon/heating was not on. Switching the air conditioning/heating up warmed the room up but the bathroom remained cold (unless you left the door open for the heat from the bedroom to circulate). The bed was comfortable with good quality pillows. Overall and okay-ish nights sleep. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of options. The on-site gym was quite small with limited exercise options and many weights missing. Overall it was an okay stay. There are better options in London for the price I paid per night.

Great location, bit of a sole-less bar area and also restaurant - very 80’s dark. The breakfast team although lovely, were very keen to clear and reset our table, twice during the eating of our breakfast, including a full cups and cutlery reset! The hotel’s main quality is its location and the team are friendly enough.

Poor experience. Room wasn’t available for check-in until 9PM. First time I’ve ever experienced that. Front desk blamed the Hilton app, but it’s the first time in over 80 nights in Hilton properties this year I have ever had an issue. When I arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I was given a new, nicer room and got a good night’s sleep. Sadly, the uncleanliness was clear throughout the property. The breakfast room was terrible…I was able to write “Hilton” in the thick layer of dust covering the area next to our table. Do not come here if you value a clean hotel.

Location is fantastic. Conveniently located on the Piccadilly line and within walking distance of many sites (SoHo, Chinatown, theatres, etc.). As for the hotel itself - Rooms are fine, if dated. Clean, spacious, contains what you need. My room was thankfully very quiet. The shower was poorly designed, with glass covering about half the shower (or less), ensuring that water splashes out every time you shower. Service is hit or miss - really depends on whom you get and what their mood is, it seems. We also tried to call down several times for towels/tissues, but no one answered. Do check your bill before checking out though. We were charged £4 for water even though we did not drink the bottled water in the room at all. We were able to get this charge removed, but I am so confused why we were even charged this in the first place - is there an assumption that you drink the water? I honestly would not recommend staying here, unless the location is all that matters to you. (Stayed Oct 2023)
