We have stayed here twice in 2 weeks. (Before our vacation and after the vacation) The first stay was fine. There was no real issues. The second time there were a few issues. We checked in after check-in time and were assigned a room that wasn’t cleaned. They quickly reassigned the room. The pool was also closed for cleaning during both stays and this was only posted at check in. Nothing listed on website. We then went down for breakfast the next morning at 7 AM and we were told that there is no breakfast because nobody could work it. Also, the check in desk staff was hit or miss! The dark skinned lady with pretty smile and great hair was consistently the high point of the stay. She was professional and courteous. She deserves a raise

I got two rooms for my family and me the night before our early flight out of Philadelphia international airport. Walking into the hotel, it was very nice and clean property. The service at the front desk was fast and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the hallways need to be cleaned up and/or upgraded. The carpets were very dirty. Going into the room, I thought the rooms were going to be the same as the hallways. What a surprise. The room was very clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in a hotel. Typically, I stay at 5 star hotels when I go on vacations and I’m very hard to please when it comes to the quality of the bed. I don’t know if I got lucky and I just got a brand new bed or if all their beds are this comfortable. I was very surprised about how clean and comfortable the rooms and bedding were. I would definitely stay here again the next time I need to fly out early from Philadelphia international airport.

It was not possible to get a hold of someone. They immediately put me on hold and the hold is extremely long. 10 mins for me so I had to hang up. The hotel is not clean. Fecal matter on toilet bowl. Dirty vent… just look at the pics I uploaded. I should’ve listened to my friend not coming to this hotel. Oh well. Too late. 1/19/24 room 327

SCAMMERS. This place is absolute garbage. Charged my credit card $250 to park for under one hour and when I tried to ask why they charged me this much they told me to leave. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily I have a good card and I was refunded by the bank. But this hotel is ran by scum. Also charge airport prices for drinks and food even though it’s not even connected to the airport. Zero stars

The hotel lobby looks nice. The first room we were in had a hole in the pipe and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. We never got the free cookie. We moved rooms due to the leak in the bathroom. Our next room had mice. We were supposed to have connecting rooms and did not. My daughters room also had mice. We asked for towels and never got them. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle is helpful to get to the airport. Sidney the shuttle driver was great! The baseboards have holes as well. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it's a last resort. The snack selection is mediocre.
