This hotel is very nice and the set up is very different and unique. The service provided by the staff was very professional and outstanding . The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and the complementary breakfast is very good one of the best honestly that I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The only thing that bothered me was that yes they have a pool but on the weekend I was there they failed to tell us that the heated pool was not heated and it was very cold like the pool temp read in the low 40's and not enjoyable at all and my kid was upset cause I promised her pool time 😭. As you can see in the picture everyone was in the hot tub and the pool was completely empty

Really, really bad. Bathroom: toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned; dirty tub didn't drain; moldy shower curtain; shampoo and other dispensers empty, one broken off the wall; sink tap came off in my hand. Bedroom USB broken. Old non-working landline phones with exposed wires. Loose hardware everywhere. Lipstick stains on the chair. The place felt dated and "ailing," as other reviews mention. Better cleaning and some very basic repairs could have helped, but it felt as if no one cared enough to bother. A couple of positives: the location was somewhat convenient for a morning flight, the front desk people were cheery, and the beds were comfy. But I would never, ever stay here again, even if the rates were reasonable. They were not. (We prepaid close to $200 for one night.)

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness, accommodating staff, and overall great service. However, the only notable downside was the considerable number of children running around, which seemed beyond the hotel's direct control. Perhaps considering additional security measures could help manage this. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly detract from an otherwise fantastic stay.

The stay was enjoyable. The staff were awesome and made you feel welcome.The hotel was covenant to the airport. There was a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you back. It was close to the football stadium about 15-20 minutes. I enjoyed the dinner we had there. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is really nice. I would stay again and would recommend the hotel to other people. My overall experience was awesome.
