Great location really close to the most visited places in Rome, room was great with air conditioning, bathrooms clean and stacked with all that you need for bathroom use. I would definitely be booking here again.

Great location and great service! The people who work here are nice and polite and don't mind explaining things in English a second time. They seem genuinely interested in you as a person. The room was super nice with views over the street below, which is super close to the Spanish steps, the best shower I've ever had and great air conditioning which will keep the room at 18 degrees all day even when it's turned off. Will definitely be staying here again if I am in Rome.

The hotel location is the best, you are in the middle of the best turistic places; Fontanna di Trevi, Colloseum, Pantheon and many others, just few minutes by walk. The suite room for cuoples was nice and the bed very comfy. The bad part is the shower, that lasts for ever to heat the water and the reception, that doesn't have a person in the hotel, you have to conunicate by email instead and it's a little chaotic.

We‘ve been staying here for three nights and wanted to discover Rome. Let’s start with the positive parts: prime location in the city center & the furnishings shouldn’t be older than 5-10 years. Unfortunately the list of negative experiences will be a bit more extensive… I would strongly recommend to bring cleaning things as both the bathroom (mirrors, whole shower, basin) and sleeping area (floor and shelfs) have not seen thorough cleaning efforts. As Rome is located in Italy (and people are coming here for enjoying the lovely culture, people and countryside) it’s quite obvious that during September, days might be warmer than the nights. As human beings tend to require air for living, opening windows during the night is a common procedure. This might cause the room temperature to drop. In case you want to prevent being cold at night and having restorative sleep, a promising technique is the use of blankets being thicker than a piece of paper. Unfortunately the staff was neither able nor willing to provide us with some of the afore mentioned. In general the staff (I have problems with using the term „hotel staff“ as this location is definitely none to be called „hotel“) was reacting quite inappropriate to criticism and unwilling to change things for the better even though mentioned several times. In addition to that, most of the time you need to call someone first, because nobody is around at the „reception“ and many features of actual hotels were not available either. Long story short: spend your money somewhere else and enjoy Rome!

Despite a few problems, this hotel is well recommended. Great location as it is just a few steps from, well, the Spanish steps. Then you can easily walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Plaza Venezia, Colloseum and the Roman Forum. The hotel staff are very helpful, carefully explaining the rules of the house (they will give you a code if you are to return after 9pm), recommending restaurants and giving you a map with useful directions. The rooms are nice and quite spacious (we had an extra bed for a third person and it was okay). They have a small pantry in the room with coffee and some bread, cereals for breakfast. A few complaints though: the TV is difficult to operate (slow connection) and the shower area might be a bit small for big persons (like me). The shower area and the faucet had faulty drains so the water sometimes overflows. One more thing, for those with big luggages: from the ground floor you will need to take one flight of stairs to a small elevator (3 persons only), get off on the 2nd floor and then go down one flight of stairs to reach the front desk. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights.
