Entrance shabby and dark. Some rooms with small windows facing big walls of another building. Furniture seems not maintained for long time. Rotten toilet roof. Rooms smells. Not kettle in the room. Bed fairly comfortable.

This is a small little hotel a little hard to find because you have to drive through an alley to get to it. It is extremely close to walking Street. It is one of the older hotels here in Pattaya. But it is cheap and the room seems to be okay beds are very very hard. But it is quiet to where it's at. that's an advantage since it's so close to walking Street. Rooms are very dated they could use some improvements and brought up to date. Can't make the internet work and there is no TV service, but I don't care about TV service since I'm not here to sit in room.

Very nice and big rooms. Reasonable price. Hot water. Safe in the room. TV/aircon. Laundry service. Restaurant below. In the heart/center of Pattaya. Friendly staff. I was here already 25 years ago, then the name was "nice hotel". It's new renovated. Just try it, it's worth. I come again.

I stayed for a period if 5 nights from 25/8-30/8. overall location is GREAT!. room was just average , good for singles and or friends who are travelling for short vacation and cheap accomodation. Toilet wooden door unable to lock properly as the door is rather OLD and shower tab holder broken. room intercom telephone wasnt working. so if needed to order room service and or any service, you have to walk down to either the reception and or restuarant. Overall both Reception and restaurant staff need to be trained more for guest relations. they get annoyed when you ask questions and look at you like you owe them money instead. look lost most times. they need to be more friendly and courteous. roofm has no free tea/coffee/kettle facilities at all. food in the restaurant is good.

Good hotel close to the "Walking Street" and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's also a restaurant à deux the food was delicious especially if you order Thai food! Room was ok, looked à bit old but I got a good deal for it! Lot of convenience stores so you can always stop at a store if you need something at anytime. It's a touristic area so you'll see a lot of foreigners and you'll still feel safe but still, always be aware of your surroundings!
