The location is unbeatable. It's only a few minutes' walk from the b. T. S. The staff are terrific. They're so friendly. And nice and help you with any reasonable requests. Rooms are comfortable, and the price is right, highly recommended

Location on Sukhumvit Rd. 100m from Phra Khanong BTS station Exit 1. Adequate room with bar fridge, safe, local TV with some English channels, wet/dry bathroom, and plenty of electrical outlets. Room clraning and bottled water provided daily. Wifi a bit weak. Full breakfast included with eggs, meat, fruit, cereal, juice, toast, and coffee. Smoking on 5th floor covered patio. Convenience store next store. Laundry service around the corner and another (Lilly's) 4 minutes Northwest. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff.

Good budget hotel, a bit away from the major city but has a metro station close by. Breakfast is simple and can be improved.

This place is budget and you get what you pay for. My daughters and I had adjoining rooms 203 and 204. The walls are paper thin and the rooms face the road and it can be dang noisy.. Holy moley. So you getter be prepared to wear the noise of the road and thin walls. Would I stay again, Yes! It's was budget and I expected some trade offs for a great price and location. Breakfast was included, it was passable/good on one day. It was super close to BTS and rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. I got what I paid for and it overall it was pretty 👍 passable. Don't pay budget and expect not to make concessions. If you have a pragmatic mindset then this is for you. Would stay again but would also pay more for a better place if I could.
