I can’t sleep. This hotel literally has a club blaring music all night. I was here for a conference and I will not be able to put my best foot forward tomorrow. This was a very special conference and I’m so sad I chose to stay here (where it was being hosted). The hotel otherwise was lovely but what is a hotel if the customer can’t sleep??? The doors also slam on the floor. I feel like I’m at a one or two star hotel as far as the noise level here. I tried to call management and no one picks up. The service here has been otherwise wonderful but I essentially paid a lot for a room I can’t sleep in….there was so much potential here too.

Worse hotel I've ever been in my life. I rather stay at a holiday inn than ever put a feet back in this establishment. The service is JUST SO BAD. They scream at you, housekeeping service does not come to do your room even if you call 4 times. They dont even leave you towels. This is absolutely insane. Never stay here.

Worst customer service experience ever. Incompetent staff…. I also did not have shampoo for three days at my hotel. Instead they replaced it with body wash and body lotion… when asked if I can move rooms to avoid the street traffic, the front desk staff was completely useless and unhelpful

We were 2 adults & 2 kids (12) in 1 room. The hotel is beautiful and well located. Rooms are specious and indulging (nice mini-bar, robes, slippers, coffee machine etc.). The pool is amazing! One of the nicest I've seen. We could use a continental breakfast but they don't offer it. Also, the bathroom/shower door was a sliding door so you can't fully close or lock it which is weird. Great staff and the shuttle service is unbelievable! So happy we stayed there.

Elevators have the worst design I have ever seen. Pictures of people on the walls that give the illusion the elevator is occupied by multiple people. The exact opposite thing you want to make guests feel when using the elevator. Hilariously bad. Highly recommend changing it. Blackout curtains did not work. Woke up every morning at 7am to the sun blaring through the sides of the curtain. Hard to get real sleep here.
