Overall good hotel bit in some rooms you can small cogarettes although They say it is a non smoking hotel. Nevertheless there was No problem with switching rooms. Once I got my room changed I received Excellent Service from housekeeping Santu. I also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at The hotel.

Hritish & Ali was the housekeeping that was doing my room, they were nice, friendly and super helpful on attending to my needs. The room cleaning was done neat and tidy. Keep it up the good job!!
