Good location and very safe. The owner is a good guy and everyone here is 100% trustworthy. Best to book directly because the sites have a strange pricing system. Always 'interesting' neighbors. Good street views.

Little bid small and two or three disadvantages (small pressure in bathroom, leaking tap, leaking water from roof when rain). But excellent location and very very nice personal. You have to ask when you need room cleaning. You have to take out your waste by yourself. But I enjoyed it anyway. Small but cosy. I recommend it to other nomad like me. For girl it would be probably not a good option. Nice view from higher floors, but terrible hot. Air condition is there, all the time.

Excellent Guesthouse with very clean rooms in an excellent location of Phnom Penh. I looked in 10 different guesthouses and hotels in the area. This was my favorite for the price. It's within walking distance of 7/11, market, night market, restaurants, pubs, clubs, National Museum, etc. Popular area with expats. No reason to spend $50 on a fancy hotel when you can spend 30% of that at a Guesthouse like this and get basically the same thing. Rooms have clean beds, hot water,, WiFi, refrigerators, air conditioning, smart TV (no cable) etc. Staff is very friendly too (especially the big man).
