Friendly staff who are always willing to help and made me feel like family. The room was super comfortable and neat, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The location is superb since it is a few minutes' walk from two of the biggest mosques and plenty of other attractions. It's also a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop, so that's very convenient. The breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was tasty. My room had both a safety deposit box and a closet. The view from the terrace is incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the main attractions. Amazing views from the room and the rooftop. Great breakfast. Hot food was very limited though. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was clean & very nearby to Blue Mosque. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options was limited but good. Hotel surrounded by many restaurants. Hotel staffs helped us in arranging cruise tour. They provided airport shuttle but it was bit expensive.

We had an amazing trip to Istanbul and a large part of that was thanks to the staff at Istanbul suite. The rooms are well maintained and clean with a beautiful view of the city. The gentleman who worked the front desk was extremely friendly and made great suggestions on things do in the city and coordinated everything for us. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! It’s also a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and restaurants with great food.
