Decent view, student living opposite however given location that is to be expected. Good location for shopping, a little tricky to find, late check in/out £10 and housekeeping cost £15 per day which is dear considering that is normally a standard service. Website stated ID required on check in however staff did not ask for ID or a card for hold, and we were concerned as our room number was said aloud with multiple people around which is normally prohibited for guest safety.

I recently stayed at Easy Hotel Cardiff and was impressed with the excellent service provided by Connor at the reception. He was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel itself offered a budget-friendly option without compromising cleanliness and basic amenities. Aui and melody were so helpful in the questions I asked and solved any issues I may have had. Great customer service and lovely people. Would highly recommend staying again due to how polite and kind they were and how good they were at their job.
