Nice practical rooms with not too much frill. I like that there is a lot of random toiletries available to grab in the lobby if you need a long with coffee and tea. The only bad thing is that while it is close to the station it is up a huge hill so be ready if you have any heavy luggage. Also the elevator stopping all the time at the lobby is pretty annoying but I understand why they have it set this way. I wish the key let you skip it though. I didn't visit but the attached bar looked very popular.

Located one stop from Shibuya Crossing, this hotel is located in a quant area. We visited for the New Year, and our room had a large tub and rain shower. The rooms are not big by any sense of the word, but they work well for a short weekend trip. There is access to several restaurants in walking distance.

I found hairs in the bathroom and on the runner of the bed. Rooms looks smaller than pictures. Finding hairs in your bed and room is a disgusting experience to start your stay. Wi-Fi also didn’t work. Won’t be staying here again.

First thing you notice when you walk in is how small the rooms are. Especially since they are so cluttered with unnecessary furniture. Once we rearranged everything to move it out of the way, it was liveable. The bathroom was also huge. Took up so much space! If you like spending most of your trip in the shower or toilet, then this is the hotel for you. That said, the bathrooms were nice and they were clean. The bathrooms and toilet are all visible from the room. Walls are all glass. There are blinds but I'm not sure who would want to see their partner on the toilet? Also there's literally no soundproofing through the toilet door. Hopefully you don't mind hearing your partner's toilet noises! Breakfast options were below average and we didn't even bother. You also have to select what you want and take them back to your room to eat. One very annoying aspect is that the elevator stops at the second floor reception every single time you go up and down the elevator. Even if nobody has called the elevator. Often very frustrating especially if you're in a rush. Staff were nice enough. Beds were ok, but quite small. Hotel is easy 5 mins walk down hill to ebisu station. Keep in mind it's uphill when coming to the hotel. Which makes wheeling heavy suitcases more challenging. There's also a sign out the front showing their rates for day hire. Which leads me to believe it's also used as a pseudo love hotel. That would explain the bathrooms I guess.
