The rooms were old and outdated with malfunctioning air-conditioners, and they were cramped. The bathroom was small and dirty; not to mention the A.C. was working improperly. The staff could be friendlier. Our online request for two rooms on the same floor was ignored. The area around the hotel was dirty and noisy. The prices could be better, too. This hotel fails my expectations; I'd choose another.

Great location just minutes away from Shibuya crossing and Harajuku. The hotel is equipped with public bath but I didn’t have an opportunity to use it. They also offer breakfast for purchase and the late night Ramen is pretty good too. Overall it’s a solid choice, rooms are small but space is well used. The hotel however, is very close to train tracks and I could hear trains pass quite distinctly so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. All in all not a bad option if looking to stay near Shibuya.

In terms of North American standards, it’s quite different where the room itself is quite small. Efficient use of space! The bed is narrow and there’s one pillow per person that’s quite thin. But, the location was great, the rooms were clean and the spa was a nice treat!!!

It's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and is in a perfect area. The reception speaks great English and the whole building is very secure. The onsen is amazing and really helped my muscles relax. The room was really space efficient and I loved how the room "powered up" when you put the key card in the wall. At first the AC unit seems kind of weak... but because of the room size it's perfectly adequate.

Nice enough. A little older, but generally clean. Small, but nice room. There were toothbrushes, shampoo, q tips, razors, and a brush in the room. They even provided a little treat (pear puddings and waters) in the fridge for our arrival. The public bath was nice. Like most places in Japan, it's closed to folks with tattoos. There was a sauna, cold bath, hot bath, and of course Japanese style showers and shared vanity area. The women's bath required an entry code for safety reasons. Fridge in the room. Microwave on 4th floor. Ice machines, vending machines, etc., in the public areas. Walkable location if you want to see Shibuya, incl. Yoyogi Park and the famous busy Shibuya intersection.
