I would give this hotel a negative 5 star if I could. Location is great and rooms are spacious but that's about all that's positive about the hotel. Staff is downright rude and careless to say the least - this morning they refused to serve water at our breakfast table because they were "too busy". Bathrooms lack basic amenities - first 4 star hotel I'm staying at who provide no conditioner or body lotion in their toiletries. The flush wouldn't work half the time, the bathroom drainage outlet was overflowing - when I placed a complaint the staff said they can put a towel to clean soak the water but they don't know when it can get fixed. And just right now, as I type this review they nearly knocked my 7 year old son off his feet while moving a heavy grill - not an accident given they could clearly see where we were seated! If you value your money do not stay at this hotel...there are plenty around which would cater to a better experience

I stayed here and recommended it to my friends who also stayed. Fantastic hotel with great value because the location is perfect - quiet but close to everything. Alana at the front desk was really helpful! She gave us a great deal for a local spa and helped us get around Saigon.

Excellent Hotel. Great location. Panorama suite, Room 1408 was clean and comfortable with an amazing City view. Good service especially Kevin from reception who was very friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. However, Thinh the hotel Front Office Manager was exceptional and amazing. He was kind, cheerful and helped us with anything, with perfect english which made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you again!! :)

We booked two rooms but one of the rooms has poor ventilation. Our request for change was promptly aceeded too. Dates deco but location is very very good. Compliments to front desk staff John and porter Duy who made our stay very pleasant. There is a family mart which is like 7-11 opposite and coffee place Highlands next door. Very convenient, breakfast was good too.

Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is good, and the coffee is amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop bar and pool were very cool. My only issue is with the spa inside the hotel on the 1st floor. I’m not sure if it’s affiliated with the hotel or just renting the space, but it was not a great spa experience. They specify a “minimum” tip of 200k for each massage. After the massage they make you immediately fill out a paper card in the room with the massage therapist with a tip amount. I thought I’d give extra and do 250k for a tip and she was mad! Apparently that wasn’t a good tip while at other massage places they don’t even ask for one. Overall the spa feels like it’s setup to take advantage of tourists and expats.
