This is beyond the best location in town. Right on the water where all the activity is. Minute walk to the beautiful public gardens, steps to Patagonia ice cream and most activities. Park the car because all the good restaurants are in walking distance including their lovely Grille. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient. The room lovely with nice amenities.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, looks right out on the lake. We had a wonderful large bath and a gas fireplace in our room. And the service here is just next level. Every staff member was friendly and kind. They were so accommodating to every inquiry or concern. Truly fantastic service and I cannot recommend them enough.

A big thank you to Gabriele and her wonderful team for looking after us during our recent stay. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and no request was too big to fulfil. The stay was honestly the best customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel, from trying to locate lost baggage for us, to offering to drive us over an hour away to a wedding at the last minute when weren’t sure if we could get a driver. We were made to feel super special. Thank you! We will definitely be back again :-)

We stayed at this Hotel in March 2022 for our wedding anniversary. I booked a room with a view over the water. The room was so beautiful and warm, and we really had a great stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated wonderfully. At the time the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed at, but worth the money. The service was great, and they really made us feel like we were the only people there. The couples massage at the spa was wonderful and recommended as was the high tea.

Hugely disappointed!!!!!!! You have never mentioned in your description that room No. 5 is freaking opposite the attiqa bar which plays freaking thumping music all night from 9pm till 2am!!!!! As a loyal (previously, as won’t come again) customer of the Spire, it’s my first stay here, and will be the last one as well. Some staff members were also very average, lots of times just walked past me without greetings at all. The only thing I’m kinda satisfied was the cleaners’ job, but that’s it. The room was super average for a bloody over $2000 price tag, 1/3 to no view (again didn’t mention on advert), relatively small, takes a whole minute for the door to shut, such a day light robbery. Oh and very very unfortunately there was a wedding party on the same night when I had to sleep for my marathon next day which you also failed to let me know. Will not stay again and spread the word, sorry but this was my worst luxury hotel experience ever!!!
