My partner and I had a great 10 day vacation in Queenstown and really loved having somewhere homey to return to every night. The host and staff were friendly and very helpful, and the resident pup Benji was a welcome surprise! 10/10 would stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Lodge. Sis and her trusty helper Benji made us feel right at home, and you couldn’t ask for a better view. It was an easy walk to the downtown area as long as you’re not afraid of hills, and there was plenty of parking if you’re driving and prefer to get around town that way. Would happily stay again and recommend to friends/family!

We stayed there for 3 nights, family of 4. Really amazing service and housekeeping. Great location with stunning views from lounge and bedroom. About 15mins walk to the city centre (if you don’t mind uphill) and free parking!! Daily muffins and chocolates were a bonus. Having a kitchen and laundry was really handy too. Highly recommended.
