We stayed at Hulbert House for 3 nights and were looking for some luxury. This beautiful accommodation did not disappoint. Every interaction with Jay and the team was friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond to provide an exceptional personalised experience for every guest. Our room was stunning. We had the most spectacular view looking over Queenstown to the lake and the convenience of a 4 minute walk to the centre of Queenstown. What more could you ask for. The breakfast was delicious with a continental selection as well as a cooked menu to choose from, prepared by the chef. In addition was the yummy baking and drinks and canapes in the evening. This is the best and we loved our time staying at Hulbert House and would do so again. Cannot recommend this place more highly. The surrounding gardens are so peaceful and the rooms are magnificently appointed. Managing to accomplish a luxurious look that is also comfortable and welcoming Thank you to Hubert House team for making our stay so special.

We had a wonderful stay at Hulbert House. They absolutely surpassed my expectations. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is walkable to restaurants and shops in Queenstown. We stayed in the Firth Suite, which was beautifully decorated and super comfortable, with a great view. I loved the huge bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rack. They have a great selection of tea and coffee available in the room or in the common area. It was so nice to come in from a day of adventuring in the cold to a lovely hot beverage or glass of wine in front of the fire in the common area, with freshly made snacks (even clearly labeled gluten-free items!!!) available at any time of the day. Breakfast was delicious. This was one of my favorite stays, and I would happy visit again.

The place is so beautiful with a team of excellent people. The decoration of the property has demonstrated very good taste, the breakfast, pre-dinner canapes and refreshments, chocolate brownies and slices are too good. The room services pay extra attention to details. The location is perfect with a short walking distance to the town.

Thanks to Jade and the team for making our stay so lovely. We stayed at Hulbert for the last night of our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The views were amazing, and the vibe was very special. Only suggestion may be adding some TV into the rooms. But to be fair- you'll be too busy exploring Queenstown to watch much of it! Other than that, everything from breakfast food quality, views, and most importantly - service, was awesome. Thanks again! Adam and Tina

This was our second stay at Hulbert House, and definitely won't be our last. It is always such an amazing experience! This award winning property will surpass your expectations. It is the best location in town: quiet, tranquil, yet close to all the action. The heritage homestead has been restored to the highest level of detail and the hosts Jay and Jade are simply incredible. They will always make your stay special and memorable. We love the breakfast menu and the chia pots and to die for. 5 Star ++ Thank you.
