Staff were rude in general and not particularly helpful. It felt like we were treated differently because we were English, noticed on various occasions that the Germans and Austrians were treated a lot better than us. The hotel room was not cleaned every day and when it was it wasn't really cleaned at all with original covers put back on and in fact we came back one day to find no sheet on our bed at all. The phone was always engaged in the reception room. Found door unlocked to our room on multiple occasions because the cleaners never locked the door behind them so anyone could of walked in and stolen our belongings. The place looked nice when you first walked in but overall it was very basic and not very clean, definitely not a 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel and more like a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ I do not recommend this hotel and we were very disappointed with our stay here and will not use again. If you don't mind these things and your just going to get your head down and you don't care about how a 4 star hotel should be run and you don't really have standards then go for this hotel as it's easy walking distance to the underground so it's easy to get around. But this hotel is 2 to 3 star at the most just so your aware. Kind regards

I got the single bed room. Positives - Clean - Cleaners were good - Very quiet - Location is very good, right next to a few tube stations - Desk is open 24/7 which is good Negatives - Duvet was smaller than a single - Don't provide an iron (do have an ironing board) Other points - The toilet & shower screen is see through, if you're with someone else then they can see everything - Breakfast is pretty standard Overall, it's on the lower end of a 4* hotel, price was competitive, would stay here again.

Very nicely located hotel, close to the subway. The staff and service is very nice and come with nice advise for your trip. Atmosphere is very nice at the hotel. Breakfast is tasty and has good range of products. Rooms are big and clean, view from window is not impressive, but on a trip you probably don't spend much time in the room ;) See through walls in bathroom can be strange for some people as other have written in the comments, so one can feel a little bit uncomfortable, but it allows you to not turn on the light and you will have a nice, cozy atmosphere. Most important, bathroom is clean and big, so you will not feel claustrophobic. Overall it is very good place with a great staff.

The reception staff were the best, Inez and Engel were always very kind and tried to help with everything. That’s very important, to make the customers feel at home :) Also, the room was amazing, and the cleaning staff also did a great job. The breakfast is very complete and has a lot of different options. And on top of that, you are 5 min away from the subway station (red line) and train station, which can easily take you to the main attractions!
