We stayed here from Dec 28-Jan2 as a group of 10 in 2 rooms. The rooms were okay, good lighting, spacious and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily, but our amenities weren't replenished every day, such as shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, etc. Luckily, they didn't forget our water bottles. Since it was peak season, I guess the cleaners were already overloaded with the number of guests. We welcomed the New Year on their rooftop bar. The food was good, and drinks were overflowing, but the service was a bit slow in the beginning. We had breakfast daily at their lobby. The egg station was headed by Chef Greg who was very friendly and accommodating. The server Mr. Nameed was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Mr. Nameed and Chef Greg made our daily breakfast sessions very pleasant.

Nice and clean rooms. We got family studio with bedroom, kitchen with dining room and two bathrooms. Fantastic apartment. Good breakfast. We spent some time at the pool on the roof. Splendid city panorama and very refreshing time in this “warm” climate. Dubai mall transport for free. Good stay between flights.

I would never return back, we have been staying here since two weeks almost, the house keeping is really bad, rooms aren’t cleaned well, bathrooms aren’t cleaned using any detergents , atleast I haven’t seen them use any. The guy moped the bathroom and without rinsing it , directly started to mop the room floor, i immidietely stopped him and said a thank you. They say they are new ppl being trained, but seriously such star graded hotels hire trained professionals and not train them during their work. Super nasty! Breakfast has frozen fried samosas or rolls and their jams are served in a huge open bowl, the bread is open and so dry, imagine all the dust settling on the food, their yogurts are again served in huge open bowls. Hygiene standards are very low.

Thought I’d give this place another try. Got told it’s a self service hotel when I asked for help with luggage at check in. Found an insect that looked like a silverfish termite in my room. Yuck. And the bread and cheese selection at breakfast is still the cheapest lowest quality stuff you can find, I stopped going for breakfast at all because it was just disappointingly boring and low quality. Some of the staff are sweet but seems they’re not empowered. Starting to doubt the management of this place. Will not likely return.
