We stayed for 1 month in this hotel, close to some shops and 15 minutes from the metro on foot which is pretty good. But the hygiene and the smell are often terrible in the parking lot and in the hallways. the staff is pretty nice depending on who. and the parking lot is really small and difficult to get out of. All the furniture and equipment in the apartment is really very old and very damaged it is not acceptable to provide this to the guest. The owner is a liar who promises not to increase the monthly price and who ultimately increases by more than 1000 AED 2 weeks before the end of the month.

The hotel has a good location, 5 minutes away you can find the bus station, 20 minutes walking you get to the ADCB metro station, on the corner there are two large and affordable supermarkets. The hotel staff was always friendly. But I had problems with the service, the card that I used to open my room was blocked many times, more than 4 times I had to go back and forth because it was blocked. My boyfriend and I had access to the parking, but it is very small and also smells terrible. There are many mattresses stacked and dirty. The prices are completely meaningless, I began paying 6000 AED (they told me that for the next month they would keep me the same price, but when the next month almost arrived they wanted to charge me 7200 AED). Don't believe in those agreements, I feel like they take too much advantage of tourists. The day I had to move, we called the reception for someone to help us with the suitcases, after 20 minutes no one arrived.

This is basically an extortion front. They agree with you on a price for a set number of months then they raiser it suddenly because they know you won't expect it and won't have somewhere to go. This place needs to get sued.

Cleanliness is an important aspect of any hotel stay, and it's disappointing to hear that the hotel was not up to par in this regard. It's also concerning to hear that the behavior of the employees was not satisfactory. Hotel staff should always be professional and courteous, and it's unfortunate that this was not the case during your stay. Additionally, having a small parking place can be inconvenient for guests who are driving. Overall, it sounds like your experience at this hotel was not positive. When choosing a hotel in the future, it may be helpful to read reviews from other guests to get a better sense of what to expect.
