Overview: very convenient, welcoming & friendly. Relaxed foyer, friendly reception staff. Room was smallish for two travelers with luggage, but manageable. Nice rain shower, warm bathroom floor. Plenty of room in bathroom. Sufficient powerpoints to charge equipment. Long hanging room in robe. Safe in robe, and tea making facilities. Comfortable bed with adequate pillows and cover. Temperature controlled to suit from Thermostat. Room was quiet. Gym facilities. Breakfast is plentiful. No one could complain about choice (well, they could, but that would make them entitled idiots). The hotel has a vibrant Italian restaurant/bar associated with it. You must book!! Food is very good and staff are attentive. The restaurant is shut on Sundays, as it isn’t run by the hotel. Laundry is not done over weekends. There is a luggage storage room, and staff are happy to babysit your luggage if you have a late flight/train etc. Overall: Staff: 5 Room: 4 Breakfast: 5 Convenience: 5 (right near central station). Easy access (5 min walk) to T-Central trams, diagonally opposite hop-on/hop-off buses. 24hr reception. Would stay again.

The hotel room I got was small but The location was also super good! I was here the beginning of November and booked last minute. I recommend staying here if you’re looking for something comfortable and not super luxurious. there is also a great breakfast buffet (get there early to avoid the crowd).

Best place to stay in Stockholm if you stay in the city centrum. close to the train station, clean room, great spread of breakfast and nice friendly staff. I definitely recommend for solo travelers, I am sure good for families and couples too. This will be my place of stay in the future too when travelling to Stockholm.

Rooms: small, worn down and could be cleaner (some dust rats on the floor). Paper thin walls and door to the common corridor. Bed: you really have to like supersoft mattresses. I gave up and slept on the floor or my back would have been ruined. Breakfast: don't even bother following the rules and book your breakfast time. No tables available, had to sit at the bar. Multiple other patrons had to do it too, simply because there was no tables. The breakfast host apologised and said that they normally overbook with twice the numbers because nobody shows up 😡🤬 Location: close to the central train station. Value: for 1980SEK per night in a single room, I would have expected a higher standard. Especially from ELITE Hotels that is supposed to be on the upper end of the scale
