I went here with my family-two parents with two children. I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff were really nice and would always greet you. Sadly the food was not the best. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast and the bread was wayyy to hard but it was yummy, and also the food takes a really long time. There isn’t much food on the menu either. The hotel room looked really nice and luxurious also it had a lot of hygiene items included which was really nice. Overall it’s really nice but there’s some stuff that they can improve on.

Terrible service! They look only after your money. The staff kept smiling and agreeing to everything, but it turned out their hidden intention was to extract more money. Our travel agent has requested separate hotel cars to drive our friends and us to the airport. However, the day before our departure, my husband and our friend went to reception to confirm this. The guys at the reception (a lady and a gentleman - I deeply regret not taking their names), weren't aware of such arrangements and even offered our friend to call a taxi. My husband asked for cancellation and was assured that it was not a problem. However, when we got home, our travel agent informed us that the hotel still required payment for the unused transfer. These guys think that since we speak with an accent, we are thinking with an accent, too. They made us feel robbed and humiliated. In addition, the breakfast, which is a la carte, is very limited. The room had a small wardrobe with only one small drawer. No gym or sauna. The common areas are very small too - unsuitable for a 5-star hotel. Stay away from this establishment.

Best Marriott property I've ever stayed in, the service was incredible, every person here was above and beyond. The room was very nice, had a hot tub and a sauna built in. An old building that was remodeled probably many times very classy. Again the best part of this hotel, was the staff they were just incredible every person went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was also very good

AVOID this place like the plague- seriously. Unless you want to burn your money, do not stay here. They rob you. We stayed here during the transportation strike in Rome. When we checked in, we explained that we booked 3 nights, but that we may need to leave one night early due to the strike. They said "no problem" as long as you give us 2 days notice. We told them the first night, we were going to leave a night early to avoid the NATIONAL STRIKE and get back to the U.S. in time- after approving this, they charged us near $2k for a night that we did not end up staying!!!! They kept our money! We have involved credit card companies, but they do not care. They do not care about their customer at all here. I assure you. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat people this way. This place is a scam! Lastly, there was a FIRE DRILL at 10 p.m. one of the nights we were there. Everybody had to leave the hotel in their robes or pajamas. While I totally get this happens, they DID NOTHING for us. Not a "we're sorry" , nothing. We were outside in a bathrobe. Not even a one star hotel would treat you this way. They would apologize, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE- waste of your money!!!
