It feels very welcoming and all the staff are lovely and kind. We checked in at around 10:30pm and a staff member walked us to a local restaurant when we asked about places to eat. The staff go above and beyond to meet guests’ requests and they are more than happy to help you out. The unit was extremely clean and the breakfast was really nice too. In a really good location, great walking distance to all tourist attractions.

We were welcomed very hospitably, for which we are very grateful. Every day we were given different kinds of coffee, tea and sugar in large quantities, we did not notice any greed. The room was very clean, linens were changed, towels and plaids also every day, and there was daily cleaning. If wet cleaning was needed, we simply communicated it and it was done as soon as possible. The location of the hotel was very good - a quiet street, you could say a dead end, and it was very peaceful and quiet to sleep in, with all the major attractions within a 10 minute walk. Overall, we really enjoyed everything and found no downsides. If we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay with you again. We wish you all the best and thank you for your respect for tourists. You are an example to us!
