Please stay away from this apartment. Run down furniture, dirty kitchen equipment, broken lamps, dirty and very steep stairs and that for a rip-off Price.

Was here with my lover in November when we had booked the Deluxe Apartment 2 bedrooms. I booked it because of the fireplace, jacuzzi and sauna, so that we would have a romantic evening in front of the fireplace. When we arrive it is not available and we then end up with a Deluxe Apartment with 3 bedrooms, jacuzzi which someone had destroyed, no sauna, this was not informed to us. I then call to report this and have asked for compensation, no answer yet. It simply does not help to simply return the deposit, it should be returned to me anyway. But a plaster on the wound would have been nice to get something extra back. It is up to you to see that everything is as it should be and that nothing is broken. You must also inform the next person about this. I went from a Deluxe 2 bedroom and felt like I was downgraded... Unfortunately, I will not be returning after this experience at Enter Tromsø Next time I'll stick to a hotel. It would have been really nice if the management really contacted us, as we were told they would when we checked out. I haven't heard anything yet. The only positive I have from the stay is that my loved one got to see the northern lights for the very first time, that she was greeted by reindeer, of course, by our taxi driver who took us on an absolutely fantastic trip full of surprises.

Please note, the room description/what is included does not have to be correct, but you must pay full price anyway! It does not help to come later with an offer of 10% on the next stay. When you have to be forced to live and pay there again to get a discount, it is bad style and does not tempt you to repeat it, not even because of other experiences as mentioned below. And the fact that one lives on the other side of the country does not exactly increase the likelihood of another visit, something they probably rub their hands over, then they saved on providing some service/compensation. When you pay for a described package, you should get it and not pay full price if it is missing! It said a washing machine was included, had planned to do the laundry in the room since I was on a long trip by car, so arrive late and leave early. Dirty clothes then just had to go with us to a proper place we stayed at later. The sofa bed was not prepared for 3 men who were the driver and bed linen and extra towels etc. for the 3rd man were not delivered either. When he finally got it and had to pull himself up, the person was in a lot of pain. The room was very warm, but since it was on the 1st floor, it was not possible to open the window in the bedroom facing the backyard to get drafts. Had there been a more inaccessible window, it would still have been unattractive to leave it open, because there in the window sill on the outside, a large spider had spun its web and was ready. Wasn't informed either that a deposit must be paid at check-in (NOK 2000), in addition to the room. All in all, failing grade from service to quality, steer clear if you can!!

The apartment is quite nice and spacious for 3 people. We have an eat-in kitchen, a living room and two very small bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a connecting room. But for our short stay it fully serves the purpose. The only drawback is that it doesn't get comfortably warm in winter. You can overlook the many broken areas that need repair and improvise. The faucet in the kitchen is no longer tight and urgently needs to be repaired. The dishwasher is almost falling apart and needs to be opened carefully. There is a clock in the kitchen with no hands. There is a strip coming off the shower partition and the light switch in the living room is not allowed to be used.

We had a trip planned from March 18 to 24, 2020, three apartments reserved. Due to COVID 19 we could not go, canceled flights, quarantine in Norway and confinement in Spain. Although the Booking portal where we made the reservation gave us the opportunity for free cancellation, 17 days have passed and we have not received a refund from Enter Tromsø apartment. Disappointed by their lack of interest and poor management. We will definitely choose other apartments when we can make the trip. We received the return on June 11, 2020.
