The reception was nice, but the room was nothing special. The view was great, it's just a shame that the windows were dirty. The bedding and towels weren't the cleanest either. The kitchenette didn't work, and access to the balcony was restricted, but I can understand that for safety reasons. The worst part was the shower! It was really challenging to take a shower!!! The only good thing about this hotel was the pool."

The staff are very friendly and super helpful, the view from the rooms are gorgeous, the pool ans gym were very nice too! My only complaint was the pillows, I think its because they're just old or have alot of guests using them but they are very flat almost like there's no pillow there but everything else was wonderful

Nice view but that's where it ends. At this price, I don't expect the first thing I see when I walk in the room to be an Out of Order sign in the kitchen sink. Making the whole "kitchen" area a waste of space. Then the No Access To Balcony Sign. Shower head holder broken, toilet lid does not stay up, you have to hold it. Holes in sheets, and ants throughout, even in the bed. Aircon works but is the old version and very noisy. Why bother having a TV that is fixed to a wall at right angles to the bed? Wouldn't stay again.

Basic rooms. Beds are ok. Hot shower ok. AC a bit weak. Pool and gym are nice. Good value. We accidentally dropped some coffee on a blanket that was already stained. We agreed to pay for the damage but they asked for 2000₽ which is ridiculous. We settled for 1500 after the ladies told us the hotel owner would make them pay for this if we didn’t pay the amount they asked. I’m quite sure they were able to clean the blankets pretty good and use then again. The cleanliness of the blankets was already questionable
