I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and genuine care from the staff. The level of customer service I experienced was unparalleled. Every detail, from the immaculate room to the high quality care, showcased the high quality care that the staff team provides. Very good location. Good and clean hotel. Bulent and Ali were both very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Distance to Arafat bazar and Sultan Ahmat mosque is 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Clean, cultured and centrally located, it was the the perfect choice for visiting all the historic sites of Istanbul. In fact, the hotel itself boasts an impressive array of artefacts which were found on the site. They have been carefully conserved and cleverly incorporated into the hotel. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Firat, the afternoon duty manager was magnificent in his willingness to accommodate me at such short notice. I am forever in his debt. All the staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful. In addition, besides the marvellous hotel restaurant, there is a fantastic bistro across the street called the Hippodrome Bistro. Amazing food and Murat, the owner is a true gentleman of distinction who welcomed me warmly and provided great service and salient advice about navigating Istanbul. The combination of these two elements made this a highly recommend experience. Bravo Eresin! 👏
