This hotel is a joke! Positive opinions about this hotel are certainly not true. The photos on booking are but very redone! Hitel dingy, bathroom dirty and shower rusty! The walls in the room are dirty, the curtains too! Exchange of towels??? for 4 nights not once mentioned, so the room was not cleaned at that time. The hotel is very cold, only the room was warm, the corridor, the lobby and the restaurant are cold, that's why we are all sick now! For Breakfast I only ate hard boiled eggs because other things didn't look fresh! The hotel is located on a busy little shopping street, not far from the Grand Basar. Personally, I do not recommend!

It was cheap, 30€ a night, BUT for that price you can not require a lot. Room was braking in some places, cleaning especially in bathroom area was lacking. Up til 23:00 we could hear people talking in corridor. And at 5-6 restaurant area right above our room moving furniture and talking. So there is no noise isolation, and area it is in might be dangerous in late hours. But it was dang cheap. Also we got free room upgrade.

The location of hotel is really good. So close to shops and city train. Hotel stuff are so nice and helpful and they had a good breakfast. The only problem we had was the room was not soundproof and we could hear people moving outside our room in hotel all day long and even during night! And we didn't know our room has no windoe when we reserved it.

This is absolutely not as advertised on booking.com and unsurprisingly after cancelling my stay after one night, I wasn't invited to review it. The hotel rooms are tiny and windowless which only exacerbates the smell of damp and drain from the bathroom and for the price, it does not justify staying here. The staff at the night check-in were miserable and unfriendly. At breakfast, we asked for two Turkish coffees off the 'free buffet' choice only to be charged 45tl EACH- a Turkish coffee outside this hotel comes to around 15-20tl. The price of 4 nights stay here was only £33 less than 3 nights at the DoubleTree Hilton where we checked in after being very disappointed by this hotel. The price does not reflect the facilities here and it's definitely not a romantic hotel for couples or suitable for families
