Very friendly staff that spoke great English. Nice little hotel in walking distance to the mosques. Rooms are small but for the price that was fine with us traveling on a budget. Roads are super congested in the afternoons, so watch out for that if going by taxi.

Well, hotel is ok. However, it didn’t work out for me. Rooms are bit older, noise from hotel across the road, (people always seem to be smoking and guests being picked and dropped off) no elevator. To far from public transportation, some ok restaurants near by. I wouldn’t stay here again, as mostly location did not work out for me. Staff was really nice and trying to help. However I would stay at their sister property - Venue hotel! Which is in way better part of town for restaurants/ transportation.

In this hotel I contracted a tour with them and they say that they offer it to you in their own language and they give it to you in the language that they want and when you want to cancel the rest of the tour with them and you ask them to return your They don't want money and I had to demand it because otherwise I was going to talk to the police and they didn't care until after a while he gave it back to me.

I stayed 3 nights. Staff were friendly but the interactions were mostly service-level. The room was comfortable and very clean. The area is good for the main attractions but it is so expensive to eat around there! Everything is double the price. The area around the hotel is also very touristy - if that's what you're into then more power to you. I preferred the more local experience of Kadikoy and would stay there next time. This is of course not the fault of this hotel. The area itself is very quiet, but one thing I would keep in mind is the thin walls of this hotel - I was woken up at 5am by a father in the next room demanding his wife and children get dressed as they were going to be late for their flight. Yes I was able to make out every word!

Very quiet hotel, right on the edge of bustling busy area, but also near the mosques, it has an old style character and the reception staff friendly and very helpful, english speaking, trustworthy! We would go again but would book a better room next time as ours was small and semi basement but it was ok as we only needed to sleep there, very well kept and cleaned daily with fresh towels, hot water, toiletries, kettle, hair dryer, slippers, very good breakfast buffet style on the terrace.
