I have booked a family room (three beds) and a double room (two beds) for a family trip in September 2023 for 10 nights. The overall experience is very positive for us. The rooms are clean and very spacious compared to some other rooms we've stayed at in Osaka in previous trip, and if booked well in advance the price is also good value. The rooms we booked is like apartments with 3 apartments per level. Location of hotel is convenient too, next to Ebisucho station. The staff is friendly and service is very good, special mention to Jennifer Lee whom assisted us with luggage forwarding service. A couple of things to note. For both our rooms, the shower pressure is not high and the water temperature can sometimes switch from hot to cold. Not sure if it is due to settings in our bathroom or is it same across hotel. We did not raise it with the hotel staff as it is not a major issue for us. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will rebook this hotel for future trips to Osaka.

DO NOT BOOK! Double construction going on. Checked in on 11June 5pm. I have asthma but were given 2nd storey room right next to smoking area. Requested Japanese man at counter on to change room, not sympathetic. Woke up next day to full on concrete wall hacking just 2 rooms down 203. Check out video. Every morning since woken up by construction and them talking on phone outside balcony. There are construction on the road outside the building too. 别订!双重重型装修中.马路上也修路,吵得很,人间地狱.
