This hotel, even though near a construction site has a good location, a couple of minutes from the station and from the sea, but i have to admit that the construction was really annoying, especially early in the morning. At least notify your clients!! The room was okayish, the windows where facing the site though and as i said the sound was horrible. The only thing i enjoyed was the service in the restaurant, those waitresses where so patient and kind, considering they work for minimum wage, loved them. PAY THOSE GIRLS MORE!!

I don’t understand the good reviews here. The hotel was not like on the pictures. It’s like a retirement home. We did not feel comfortable in the room, which was really sensitive, you can hear every word from the neighbors. Beside the hotel is a huge stinky construction. We checked out one day before since we did not like, no money back.

The hotel had a distinct charm that added to the overall ambiance of my stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay. Their warm and accommodating nature made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel. The rooms at hotel Europa were clean and well-maintained, which is always a crucial factor for a comfortable stay. It was evident that the staff took pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Moreover, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was just a couple of minutes' walk to both the beach and the ferry station, which made it convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Rapallo and visiting nearby destinations like Portofino. The hotel is also located in 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. This proximity to key attractions added a lot of value to my overall experience. In terms of dining, the breakfast at Europa hotel was satisfactory. The highlight for me was the fresh orange juice and the Barista-made cappuccino, which were both delightful and added a touch of luxury to the morning meal. It's always nice to have standout items that enhance the breakfast experience. In summary, Europa hotel in Rapallo provided a unique and nostalgic experience reminiscent of 90s movies. The super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and great location were definite positives. While the breakfast was fine overall, the fresh orange juice and Barista cappuccino stood out as highlights. If you're looking for a charming and well-situated hotel in Rapallo, Europa hotel is worth considering for a memorable stay.
