Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and happy to answer your questions. My room was very basic, could do with a refurb. AC was good and much needed, wifi was a bit shakey and slow at times. Breakfast was included but unfortunately they don't really cater for vegans. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade which is lined with restaurants. The entrance of the hotel is located in an arcade. Loads of places to eat, have coffee and a pastry, all located close by.

The hotel is ideally located in front of the train station and near the beaches. It is perfect for easily visiting the region and Portofino by sea shuttle. The room was very clean and spacious, it was better than I expected. The price / quality ratio (for the area) is very good! The only downside I would say is the terrace (solarium) which deserves a little more decoration to make the space as warm as the welcome we received. Despite the location on a very busy street, the hotel was very quiet. For a cheap short stay near portofino I totally recommend.

Maybe not a fancy hotel, but lovely, in central , close to beach and close to portofino and surronded by restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and the staff are polite and friendly. The only problem is parking. If you travel with your car, this hotel don't have a parking or overall this area and close towns are not very car friendly. No way to find a parking lot. There is a big parking close to main train station for 1.50€ per hour. I paid for each night 22-23 euros. Unless you don't move your car for more than 24 hours which a 10€ tarif will be counted(Not sure, there was no clear instructions) but count on +20€ for parking. Nevertheless, without car stress, this hotel is recommended.
