We had a lovely stay at this hotel located right by the seaside. The room was comfortable, the cleaning service impeccable, and the perfect air-conditioning was such a relief in the hot and humid July weather. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. The square nearby was a bit noisy with partying some evenings, but it ended at a decent hour so you'll get your beauty sleep here.

Wonderful place! The owners are amazing and so is the staff. Very clean, central to ferry train and buses. Thank you Marta and Luciano and Andrea for making our vacation such a memorable one!

Me and my husband came here for a long weekend to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre. I am very happy to say that I made an excellent choice by staying here at Hotel Vesuvio. Everything is great! Nice and clean rooms with amazing view, breakfast not millions of options, but everything fresh and tasty, 2 minutes to get a boat to Cinque Terre or Portofino, 5 minutes to train station... everything just amazing, just a step and you get everywhere you need. Also Rapallo is nicer than I thought, we enjoyed a lot a beautiful walk from St. Margherita to Rapallo. Nearby the hotel there are lots of options where you can eat nice, but also the hotel's restaurant has very nice food.
