Eurostars Plaza Mayor is a wonderful option for a visit to Madrid. The location is excellent for walking to the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and tons of dining and shopping options. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and equipped with ample closet space as well as a bathtub. The entire staff we encountered were extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions. The only small complaint was it was hard to regulate the heat in the room. The thermostat would not turn off so it was very hot. Even that wasn't awful as we just opened the window to let air in . Would definitely stay again.

Super location, clean and fine bathroom, but… The room was 27 degrees when we arrived and there is no cooling (?) The windows can only open a few centimeters so it was HOT (and we were there in December) Small bed and a shared duvet. The temperature never came under 25 degrees c the 3 days we were there.

Room 204 was extremely quiet (on a Monday morning), the curtains made the room completely dark until 9:45 in the morning, and the double bed was great (just wished slightly fluffier pillows). Very happy!
