Absolutely stunning design hotel that is in the heart of Madrid, close to pretty much everything. We stayed in the corner suite which was very spacious and stylishly furnished. What impressed me the most is the attention to detail and the desire of the designer to surprise you everywhere you walk around. The people at the front desk were fluent in English (rarity in Spain), professional and welcoming. The hotel also has a very nice bar where we had a nice drink before heading into the night. I strongly recommend it.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the room was extremely warm but as we were there for only one night it was ok. The hotel was beautifully decorated and good location. Overall a really great hotel.

Good location, efficient staff. On the other hand, the rooms overlooking the covered patio are not pleasant. - the ambient music until 11 p.m. from the terrace enters the rooms even with the window closed. - covered patio so lack of ventilation - important opposite ==> curtains closed The bedroom doors are poorly soundproofed, the noise from the corridor penetrates and conversely we lose our privacy. Correct and attentive breakfast buffet and menu. On the other hand, on the morning of January 11 around 10 a.m., 2 thirty-something executives (certainly) arrived in the hotel, moving in all directions, calling out, summoning each other to their table in the breakfast lounge for reprimands. in front of customers, without any respect for the staff. What a shame, they ruin the experience! These 2 characters are out of place.

My wife and I stayed here on our vacation in Spain. We were in love with this place. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and they helped me with some planned surprises for my wife. It is also in such a good place to get food or some quick snacks from the corner store. It is also close to scooter locations, so you can zip around the city. I hope to come back to Madrid and stay here again. A+ experience.
