How come this is a five star hotel?? 1. The toilet is dirty when we go to the room and the reception told us there is no cleaner??? Absolutely ridiculous. I have never been to any hotel that the room is dirty before we go in and the reception is very arrogant. 2. I booked the hotel because there is a nice balcony in the pictures even pay for the superior price. This is misleading as there is only one room has big balcony in the whole hotel. Of course they won’t give it to you. 3. Cleaning is below average 4. Breakfast is really rubbish even no fresh orange juice?? Overall it’s okay but I don’t think it’s a five star hotel. Maximum 4 star.

Lovely comfortable hotel close to the water and all the tourist hot spots. Great staff and customer service. Excellent buffet breakfast. Light sleepers be warned: You can hear everything going in the adjacent rooms, everything. And in rooms at the front of the hotel you can also hear everything going on in the square outside where people party till late and where early morning events use loudspeakers. Also, the thermostat remains brightly lit all night. We had to find a way to cover it up in order to sleep. A roll of gaffer tape would have come in handy. Otherwise the hotel rooms are well designed with nice linens, lots of storage and good amenities.

Beautiful rooms and convenient location but I am not writing about the rain fall shower heads or the perfectly stocked toiletries.. The customer service is amazing! After some issues with our connecting flight my wife and I were without our luggage and in need of a shower. Within a few hours, before our our check in time, our room was ready! The staff here is friendly, welcoming, full of fantastic information and willing to help at a moments notice.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The location is perfect and breakfast is great. BUT I booked a deluxe double room and upon arrival we were given a very small room with stairs inside. When you open the door 3 stairs and then on the left is the bathroom, then after 5 more stairs is the room with the bed. Not to mention the bad view from the balcony. Absolutely no sun in the room. It felt like some basement. I complained at the reception that I wanted another room, without stairs. All I got was, " today we are full, maybe tomorrow, when people are checking out." In the meantime, people were checking in non-stop. At my second visit the next day at the reception, the answer was again "Maybe later," and nothing was ever done. I find this unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I was surprised they didn't do anything, I have been at other locations of Eurostars in Cordoba, Porto, and I always liked the hotel chain.
