I've forgotten some things in my hotel room and the hotel magically stopped responding when requesting their return. Do not recommend.

A decent hotel at a decent price. I have stayed here on and off since 2012, and it's always nice to return. Despite being on Bosque Norte, the rooms are reasonably quiet, clean and commodious. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff, many of whom have been here as long as I have been a customer, are professional kind and helpful. My only wish is that they would install temperature flow regulators in the shower, but that is a pretty minor problem. Well done!
