Very beautiful hotel with a rich history. The hotel is very modern on the inside incorporating latest technology. Staff from front door to room service is very polite and respectful. I had a stay in room 715, was a very clean and tidy room. The stay was enjoyable, staff also presented us with bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Also a delight is having access to the Lindor chocolate shop. Location of the hotel is very good, easy walk to restraints, shops or to watter front. Thank you to the staff for giving us a wonderful evening.

Impeccable boutique stay in the heart of Vancouver. Rooms are well appointed, service is prompt and helpful. Really appreciated the early check in after a long overseas flight. Was surprised to find the bathroom floor heated which is so luxe on a cold, winter day. All amenities were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to most places in downtown Van at incredible value.

Our stay at the Exchange Hotel in Vancouver was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. We had mentioned that it was my wife's birthday weekend, and the hotel staff took it upon themselves to turn our stay into something unforgettable. They surprised us by upgrading our room and adding thoughtful decorations, complete with rose petals, a bottle of champagne, and a delicious birthday cake. The attention to detail and the genuine effort to make our celebration special was truly heartwarming. The service at the Exchange Hotel was top-notch throughout our stay. The room was not only upgraded but also impeccably clean and well-appointed. The hotel breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. The staff's dedication to delivering the promised level of service exceeded our expectations. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made our time at the Exchange Hotel truly memorable. Without a doubt, we'll be choosing this hotel for our future visits to Vancouver. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, attentive service, and a touch of warmth.

This was my fourth of fifth time staying here, this time with my wife for a weekend. The staff is kind and gracious, I needed an iron and ironing board and they had it brought up in only a few minutes. This time I was in a Deluxe King Room which was a bit small. In the past I have booked the Superior King which was much larger so keep in mind how large a room you want, price isn't much different between the two in my experience. I was on a higher floor this time though so I noticed less street noise. The bathroom was really nice and I liked that they had their "Dividend" lounge on our floor that had a happy hour and some breakfast options. My wife says the gym is terrific. It has a good setup for functional fitness (pullup bards, rower, kettle bells) instead of just the regular machines. We will stay here again and recommend. If there was a pool I would rate it even higher!
