Just stayed at the St. Regis while at a conference in Vancouver. It is a nice boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations. It is located in a great area. It's a close walk to the waterfront and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The room was nice and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Vancouver and I suggest the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The customer service was the best part of the stay - truly wonderful staff at this hotel. Although the amenities were lovely, the room was quite small. There's also a lot of noise pollution from the street which made sleeping on the weekends rough - I would recommend a sound machine in the rooms for guests. I think for a similar price point I would stay elsewhere.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. The room was comfy and had all the amenities I could want (including heated bathroom floors). The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, I slept very well there. The staff were very helpful as well! They always had suggestions on destinations I could try out for my visit when I asked. I mentioned offhand I was hoping to save one of the chocolates to bring home for my family, and when I came back to my room they had left me extra to share with my family. I highly recommend the St Regis, and I’d absolutely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Recently updated in every detail. We liked that it wasn't a high rise. The included breakfast, adjoining restaurant and coffee shop were all very good. We have stayed at other boutique hotels in other cities and this was the best. The downtown location was perfect for our first visit to Vancouver. We were on the second floor and there was a lot of vehicle noise at night but would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at St Regis Vancouver. The location was perfect to access everything. Parking was convenient. The room was well-appointed right down to heated floors. The staff were the best we’ve come across. They really couldn’t do enough for you. Every staff member from the door to the server at breakfast was so friendly and welcoming. We will only stay here. Thank you St Regis!
