This is the worst motel I ever stayed in. My children complained it smelled like old take out and moldy. This Extended Stay is shameful. This location was expensive per night close to $200 at time of my stay, but the “continental” breakfast had nothing, even cups before 9am. They also had no utensils and dishes even when asked because it apparently goes fast. Therefore bring your own or buy them. You can’t open the bathroom door fully since it hits the tub, the closet door is missing with evidence of the closet track still in view. The room smelled musky. You can literally hear every conversation passing by in the hall. I gave this stay a try and I will never return! I also find it incredibly shameful the front office has a sign asking for a 5 Star rating on google.

I would never book at this hotel or chain ever again. My room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and the worst part of all is my door did not secure shut at all. After reporting it and putting my things in my car for the day, when I returned it was still not fixed. I immediately went to the desk and told them to cancel the rest of my stay. How do you not repair a door that does not close shut? The dirt and smoke smell aside, this is a matter of safety, and it was not taken seriously at all. I hope no one else checked in after me!

Loved our stay here!!all staff were fantastic!nothing was too much for them. Has changed its breakfast options since last visit and stopped park shuttles which is ashame but did take away from our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!x

What can I say but I miss this hotel my family and I stayed here for almost 4 months it was a joy to see the staff everyday we knew everyone by name Diane who is the manager was awesome her and her staff are impeccable we have adopted them as our family anything that we needed they provided!!! The room was great everything in the hotel worked the only reason we left was because the prices were getting too high even though I’m a member of this chain the price was still too high at this time … we ended up going next door to a hotel that is similar but 300 dollars cheaper wish we could of stayed longer as we wait for our home to be finished… thanks again ❤️
