Location is pretty good. You’re not going to get anything close to the price in the area. Unfortunately there’s a strong reason for that. The smell of pot is so unbelievably strong throughout the entire hotel it almost seems like there’s full timers living and smoking there. My room smelled like a stale cigarette and was, quite frankly, horribly dirty. My shower was falling apart. The spout was coming out of the wall and water was spraying out the sides. Room was dingy and stinky. However the layout was oddly impressive. They got a lot of function out of a smaller room. I don’t think I’ll go back, I’ll likely look for a different place and opt to pay more.

It's smells and the rooms were dirty. Breakfast isn't a breakfast. False advertising No one cleans under the furniture. Small bugs beetles everywhere Hallway carpets are nasty. Not sure if that's where the smell comes from. It says smoke free facility but the security smokes with people staying there by the pool area. Only place that is remodeled is the entrance. Fitness room has 3 exercise equipment. But it smells so bad that the smell in the room is better than out in the hotel.

Gina, Teanna, Raquel and another lady receptionist were amazing!!! They were very accommodating & went above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. This place truly makes you feel at home. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you for making my stay warm and welcoming ladies!!! Your work and efforts are very well appreciated! I’ve been to luxurious and high end hotels, but I’ve never met management and an entire staff all at once that were as sweet as them. Peace and Blessings.

During my stay here I noticed that my door had been breached several times, all I can say is thank God for the security lock. So I sat back and took a video of the breach. I literally had to hold my door closed to prevent another incident. I attempted to contact the font desk several times and received no answer. So I went to the front desk and was informed that on this night there was no one that could assist me there was no night manager. So I called 911, when the officers arrived there statement was that I must be hallucinating. The next morning when I spoke with management and showed them the video they said they see no evidence of my claim. I know for a fact it's the job of law enforcement to protect the business and that they had spoke to someone prior to arrival at my door. Staff also mentioned that they have had no claims ever since they changed the locks on the doors implying that they have had prior claims. I was offered no accommodation nor did they offer to investigate my claim. Also I don't know of anyone that wash windows at night or several times a day. And this was another issue I brought to the attention of management. I don't know what kind of place this is but I would of been better off sleeping on the streets in a drug infested area at least then I would of known what to expect.
