It was FANTASTIC!! FAR better than we expected! It was clean, organized, simple check in, safe, and I quickly felt like I was HOME. I even left some ice cream in the frig, for the staff. (It's super hot out there). All in all, if I could rate it 10 Stars, I most certainly would. I look forward to rebooking that unit everytime I visit Phoenix....which will be quite often. I'm thinking October/November! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Booked package through Travelocity. If zero stars were available, it would be zero stars. Room had mold in showers. Various Hair under the bed. Towels and bed sheets had stains. Stains on walls and closet. Sent these pictures to Travelocity and the specialists on the phone informed me they considered the environment clean and up to par with their standards.

It was fine but I feel like I'd rather just stay in a hotel next time - more convenient if you run into issues. For example I didn't get 2 keyfobs as described and couldn't access any of the amenities, and had to go through a support process to get it resolved. Easier to just go to a front desk. Also it's kind of tricky trying to locate lockers inside a random parking garage in the dark late at night. The apartment itself was ok but not super clean and the pipes from the apartment above were extremely loud - kept me up at night

I will never stay here again. Our room was filthy. The walls were covered in dirty smears and smudges, in every room. It looked nothing like the photos. The bedroom has no lamps and when I called to ask if our room was the correct one, they said oh the bedside lamps broke so we removed them. So you pretty much turn of the overhead light and then feel around through the pitch black. Need to get up at night? Darkness lol. Nothing like the pictures. The sofa has a huge stain on it. Overall this place felt gross and unsanitary. Not worth it at all.
