The hotel is quite small. First impression was that it wasn’t going to be good however we were wrong and the service offered here was great. Staff all friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service. All were very helpful. Kevin picked us up to and from the airport and offered us a lot of great advice that we used to get around the city. It is a shame I didn’t get any more names because everyone we encountered was this friendly and helpful which is why I’m giving them an overall rating of 5 stars. Hotel is a 40-50 minute ride on the Subways to Manhattan/Times Square. However even so, the rides feel fast because the max you wait for a bus is 15 minutes and the Subways were already mostly parked when me and my party would get to the platforms. You don’t feel the 50 minutes. Right outside the hotel, near the corner across the street is the first bus stop for the first bus you need to start your journey into Manhattan. Room was cozy, breakfast was free. Breakfast area is small however they served a good breakfast. Eggs, toast, bagels, even had a waffle maker.

Hotel is close to the airport but there is nothing else nearby. Hotel is in a noisy industrial area. Rooms are small but clean with comfortable bed. Free breakfast is very limited and was the same for the 2 days I was there. Would not recommend except for an overnight layover.

Very unassuming hotel but don't let that fool you! Antonio and Raphael (shuttle drivers) were prompt and courteous, front reception was welcoming and Tamika at breakfast was so sweet and friendly. Our rooms were clean, the water was plentiful and hot, the shower drain was in perfect working condition, the room ac unit was efficient and breakfast was well stocked! We ordered dinner to be delivered and the hotel staff encouraged us to enjoy the breakfast dining room! Thank you for a wonderful stay before our cruise!!

We chose this location because of its convenient proximity to the airport. However, this location does not have good sound insulation. Expect to be woken up by airplanes when the curfew ends at LGA at 6 am, especially if your room is on the west side of the building. If this is not a dealbreaker, it is an otherwise OK hotel, and clean for the most part. We were expecting a little better out of a Marriott property though. Bath linens are worn out beyond their useful life and are thin, pilly, and abrasive. Bed and bed linens were comfortable though. Unfortunately, due to the thin walls of the building making the sounds of jet engines quite audible when we would otherwise like to be sleeping in, we will not choose this property again in the future.
